Update 1-5-2025
When we decided to sell our rental home I thought we would have to sit on it a while 30-45 days or more during this soft sellers market, we have used Jacob and Valerie before for buying our two homes and sought them out again without hesitation. Jacob and Valerie put all of their 20 years plus experience to work and focused 100% on how make our home stand out and get noticed . To our delight and surprise the home had the perfect offer we were hoping for on the first day of our open house. Above the listing price, no contingency of the buyer to sell their home first and closing escrow in 15 days which was amazingly accomplished even during the two biggest holidays Christmas and New Years.
