i woukd highly recommend Marquette. Sheila is a wonderful property manager and does a great job. Karen did an excellent job before her. They are reliable and take care of things as soon as they can. Friendly, approachable, and very helpful. Great place to live if it is your first or second apartment, or much later like me. They make it as welcoming as they can, its helpful to have the laundry room where it is, as well as the mailroom when you first walk in. It is a quiet neighborhood with not much traffic. Hope you would consider living at Marquette!

Over the last year a lot has changed for the better with new management and crew the place has improved with updates and changes inside and out. Complexes are maintained and kept clean.

Marquette Highlands is short commute to the Fox River Mall and FVTC.
Complex is well maintained and clean. No concerns in the winter with the snow removal. Maintenance and Management are great.
Apartments are nice one and two bedrooms the rooms are not to small. Located in a quiet neighborhood near a park.

Appreciate how Marquette Highlands is one of the few apartments that haven't done a huge price gouge in this high inflation era. Old school feel: property is well maintained year round with the grass mowed regularly in the warm months, snow plowed quickly and walkways salted in the winter, friendly front office person (thank you, K), notifications to enter apartment unit given in a timely manner. My complex in particular is especially quiet to the point where you rarely see anybody else in the hallways. Residents can pay their rent instantly with a fee-free method via an online portal. The whole property is tucked away in a nice neighborhood, near a park and, with a vehicle, is easy to access the rest of the town. Life is good. Thank you SKB Management for being one of the few rental groups doing things right by your tenants.

I would not recommend living at this complex. The lady in the office is rude and was hard to get ahold of. When I lived here my livingroom ceiling caved in from the rain and I had wet insulation everywhere . I had no heat when I first moved in and they fixed it, but come winter I could not get in touch with the office or maintenance to fix my heating. I had to resort to using my gas stove to keep my children and myself war. II ended up calling the city to have someone check the temperature in my apartment. A worker from the city of Appleton said my apartment was around 40° inside and he would have someone bring space heaters within the hour. The locked storage in the building were broken into. The washers and dryers didn't work all of the time. I decided on moving out when I had no access to warm water. The water ran cold for everything and everyone in my building.

The lady in charge NEVER answers her phone or returns calls. She takes hours for lunches or at least is never in the office. The maintenance man does come when he feels like it, makes you feel bad for even having him come and he also sits outside his apt every night with other neighbors as they are loud and drink and smoke all night. So if you enjoy that, move here. Kids STAMPEDING through the halls all day. People with trash all over their patios and balconies and the parking lot is also used as a junk yard with at least 4 cars that are immobile. A sketchy place to live and I would check elsewhere. Also to respond to the other review IT DOES REEK LIKE POT ALL THE TIME AND YOU SMELL WHAT PEOPLE ARE COOKING.

UPDATE: theyve shut the water off for the apt building about three times in the past month

This is a nice place to live. I came back after owning my own home that really never felt like home like this place did. The Manager was so very accepting of me coming back and I thank her for that. My needs are always met and I thank the staff for that. Thank you for making me feel at home again.

I lived here back in 2003 and currently live in a place 100% better than this place.

Management here is horrible. The office manager and maintenance doesn't care about the tenants. The halls smell and the floors and walls are paper thin.
