San Sonoma employees are a Dishonest management team; unavailable and non-responsive on maintenance issues. Pigeon poop was left unattended to for months before doing a sub par power wash.
Office staff is rarely on site and calls/emails are not returned in a timely fashion. In addition, security gates are often not working.
This place has deteriorated drastically in the 4 years that I have resided here.
The best thing about this complex is the resort style pool, when there’s no human feces in it?‼️

Mark Taylor properties are an absolute disaster. There is no onsite manager, so assistant managers play middle man and 99% of the time drop the ball on specific important details, like making sure I have temporary housing before they repaint my bathroom with toxic spray paint/epoxy.

I had no place to live when I got out of work on 9/3 at The Palms on Scottsdale.

The expect you to just deal with it. What a shameful way to deal with tenants paying 1500+ for a bedroom in a not so nice neighborhood.

First off friends do not waste your time or money going through this process. Jacob at EVR Porter started out by telling me that they will be able to work with certain credit situations with conditions and buttered me up showed me a beautiful home then said no we can’t approve you, that was on September 4 they do refund your deposit and money that you put down, but I’ve yet to receive mine Very big disappointment and letdown not to mention I’m still waiting for this money to apply elsewhere. The clock is ticking whoever does their accounting needs to step it up from what I hear everything is all done here in Arizona and it’s been three weeks Now yet to receive my money

After being Maintenence supervisor for Mark-Taylor (at Carter Apartments) and living on property. I moved out at the end of April knowing the property will be sold and at the end of May it was. So now in August Carter apartments put my account in collections even tho I moved out a month earlier and no one of the office staff inspected it. Because during the sale of the apartment I had to use parts in the apartment to fix others that were being inspected (was told by my regional maintenance supervisor) to pass the inspection. Knowing that yhe parts would be missing from that apartment. The regional supervisor informed the new regional supervisor for the new company. Now I'm being charged over 1000.00 for the things the company made me do even tho my apartment was moved out of by May 1st.

If I could give zero stars I would. From the beginning, Mark Taylor has shown that they don’t care about their residents. We are currently at San Pedregal living without AC and our apartment is 93 degrees. We have called and called and no one is answering to help us. They don’t help you or communicate and they make you look stupid for reaching out. Even when we first got our keys, they weren’t programmed to work and we received no assistance to get them to work. They didn’t prep the apartment for use, it was filthy when we moved in. They are no longer on the community grounds to actually help. Do yourself a favor and don’t live here or give these people your money

I was a temp employee for Mark Taylor at their corporate office for 2 days. I know it was only a short time but the professionalism and warm welcome I receive spoke volumes about the company. When Higher ups like VP's know your name and treat you with respect says a lot. When most people hear the Mark Taylor name, they instantly know that they are getting excellence. To give this information to you first hand is a privilege. I have toured a few of their properties while working for another company and it made me want to work for Mark Taylor. They take pride in what they do and it shows. When HR, and I.T makes it their business to make sure you have everything you need to do your job, that spoiled me already and I am not even an employee. Their properties are Class A for sure. All the amenities you could ask for. So it you are looking to live at a Mark Taylor property, I say go for the Gusto as you will be as happy as I was just simply temping for this company. If you want to work for them bring your A game as Mark Taylor is the real deal.

Keep Searching, the FirstStreet Ballpark office staff clearly needs more training. I was providing incorrect information from Angelica from the moment I stepped into the leasing office. I am paying for amenities that are not functioning properly, when you ask for help you get directed to an app, its just ridiculous. I will def not be renewing my lease.

Mark-Taylor is the best! Clean, new apartments with resort amenities. A huge plus is most of their properties offer 24 hour amenities which is amazing. The staff are friendly and easy to work with. I left Mark-Taylor property once, and I will never stray away again. I didn't realize how nice I had it until I left!! Trust me - Mark-Taylor is the way to go.
