The parking situation is absolutely horrendous. There simply aren’t enough spaces to accommodate all the residents. There seems to be a lack of enforcement of parking regulations. Management phone will not return your calls. I hope the management takes immediate steps to address this issue, as it significantly detracts from what could otherwise be a decent living experience.

Overall, if parking convenience is important to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Synergy actually cares about their tenants!

Mark West Villages are some of the newest and nicest apartments in Sonoma County.

Synergy really put effort and detail into everything, from the type of paint to all of the handles and knobs! Management is very efficient and responsive, and respond to a variety of circumstances with professionalism and care. Again, they are actually sympathetic and care about you as a renter.

I appreciate that there are reminders and rule enforcement, because it makes it nice for everyone.

The ONLY complaint I can grumble about are some of the neighbors that can be a bit noisy going up and down the stairs, or pulling in to parking at night with music blasting - important for those people who need quieter places for whatever reason.

Parking has been a problem in this area. It has been very unsafe for children playing outside due to the tenants not complying with proper parking regulations. Tried calling the rental company but they are not willing to help.
