Mark did a wonderful job helping us purchase our dream home. We were having no luck finding a suitable home in the area we were targeting, so we agreed to expand our search. Mark's knowledge of Ocean County is excellent and he gave us a tour of several different areas. After we found a beautiful property, he helped us navigate inspections, lawyers and the many obstacles that can kill a deal. Mark always had our best interests in mind and I can't recommend him highly enough.

Mark Butwinski is the best realtor! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, completely reliable and very professional but he has such a pleasant personality. He helped us with tips on how best to improve the value of our home by making updates. He also guided us along the way with communicating to potential buyers, to the home owner association at the condo and to our real estate attorney. With his help we were able sell our house for a fair amount and he eliminated many of the stressful hurtles. We highly recommend Mark to anyone who wants an honest top notch realtor! I worked exclusively with Mark Butwinski during my home buying process. Mark is not your typical realtor. He shows care and concern towards his clients and navigated an insane market with ease. Mark is well versed in all aspects of the home buying process and was able to answer any question I had regarding it. He never was late or missed a showing and always responded promptly when I would contact him. If it wasn't for Mark, I don't know that I would have been successful in purchasing a house due to the current nature of the market, but Mark worked tirelessly to make what seemed impossible a reality. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy, he is truly a wonderful realtor.

Mark was great from the beginning. I had many realtors to choose from and Mark was the only one that stood out from all of the others.
I could clearly see that he was going to plan his work and then work his plan. Many times in the process Mark went above and beyond.
