My wife and I are so lucky to have worked with Marina! We met Marina through her engagement in the community (Girl Scouts). When it came time to list our home, we interviewed several agents. What impressed us most was Marina’s background in digital marketing. We really felt that gave her an advantage.

The sale of our house was fairly challenging for a couple of reasons. First, I accepted a new job in another state while my wife and kids stayed to finish out the school year. Second, we had some construction work that was being finished while we prepared the house for listing. Marina helped organize everything between cleaners, painters, and coordinated with our contractor and movers on some last matters.

This was the fourth property I've sold and I can say far and away it was the best realtor experience. Marina was extremely professional - she has a great attention to detail, is highly client-focused, and is very trustworthy - all elements that were put to the test during our recent sale of our existing home and purchase of new home. From the onset she provided detailed market pricing data (which appealed to me as an engineer), depth of knowledge of existing properties, and flexibility in accommodating our wishes for initial searches.
