So they sold the company to another company right under our noses and had fake accounts to write good reviews for the new company to see and make a deal i CANT!!!! Why can’t Goldcrest just knock them down and rebuild NEW ones so the new property manager doesn’t get into a bad business deal and do the same thing to us AGAIN!!!!! Its a infestation of mice and rodents and MOLD just spreading everywhere cant even put clothes in my closets because of the water damage from the bathroom leaks upstairs like when will the abuse end!!! How could someone be okay with their own mother living here and charge us 1,500-1,800 a month for these terrible living conditions! America has become so damn greedy they don’t care about anyone but as long as they keep charging rent they sleep just fine while the kitchens set on fire in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT because they wont invest in actually repairing our units!!!!! Come on people don’t you see we have enough to worry about in this chaos of a country the only thing we have is our rented home to come to!!!! and those who have been here STILL for years are unable to move WHY because rent is too high everywhere else and STILL crappy management reviews so why Am I going to leave one shitty place to just go to the next shitty place to pay more!!! come on LETS DO BETTER GOLDCREST 👏👏👏👏 Please!!!! 🙏 im rooting for you🙏🙌🏼🙏

This place is disgusting. It is infested with rats, bugs, lizards, spiders, you name it. I am actually looking to sue this place because they will raise the rent without your knowledge and add for more things for you to pay, but does not fix the infested problem. It is beyond disgusting. I moved in with my in-laws to help them out with the bills but honestly, my partner and I are moving the first chance we get because this is unacceptable.

Don’t let this new prop mgmt fool you, all recent reviews within the last 3 weeks are fake. If you google some of the names they are related to the owner Ruvi Silberstein, who also left a fake review LOL. This is the worst property I ever lived at. They get you in quick just to take your money and lock you into a lease then immediately disregard you and any concerns. The actual prop itself is trash. My apt was “upgraded” yet so disgusting at the same time. And my “brand new stove” the oven caught on fire the first time I used it, and I mean OPEN FLAME. With my 6 year old child home with me I was terrified. I reached out to the prop mgmt and no one even offered a simple “are you guys ok?” NOTHING. Pest control comes once a month and sometimes they skip a month and trust me the roaches come out to play. Let’s not forget about the mice infestation - I keep an EXTREMELY clean home, but those mice were coming out of any hole, under the kitchen sink, in the pantry by the water heater, even jumping out the heaters along the wall! I saw it with my own eyes it’s actually crazy to think I lived in this conditions. Worst of all when my downstairs neighbor moved out they sent contractors to paint the apt downstairs and get this, they were painting ALL DAY from sun up to sun down while me and my son were home. We kept smelling fumes and were so dizzy we called the police and EMS and went to the ER! That’s when I realized they were downstairs painting. I reached out to the leasing office and attached screenshots of the emails for you all to see! Please do not be bamboozled by this new prop mgmt, my reason for speaking up now after having moved out was I feared retaliation in my home! This place is honestly trash don’t move here just because you have limited options, and/or not the best income/credit trust you will regret it! There are other options out here for you that will not compromise the quality of your everyday life! Be careful

I was very happy and content with the manager of the leasing office of her attentiveness, informative, knowledgeability, and her ability to making this process less challenging for me and my family to moving into this apartment facility. Any concerns we have, she immediately responded and that’s what tenants want to see! Thank you again.🙏🏽

The rent was okay for the location. Didn't like my downstairs neighbors as they were always loud. I don't smoke, but downstairs neighbors did and the smell would come into my apartment from the closets (idk how). My main issues was the neighbor downstairs. Yes, this place has a roach infestation problem, but as long as you keep your apartment clean, you won't see them. They do have pest control monthly. I moved because I was expecting a baby and crime was heavy in front of my apartment. Two shootings and drug dealings. If I wasn't pregnant, may have stayed another year. People in the office were always nice and things that malfunctioned in the apartment were always fixed In a timely, quick matter. I lived there for a year (2013-2014)

I've lived here almost 3 years. Recently my car was towed from the parking lot by City Wide towing. The reason they said was no parking permit, Why after 3 years? I believe City Wide and Marina Del Rey are in cohorts. When I moved in I gave them my license plate number, all they had to do was check. It cost me $186 which the rental office refused to reimburse. I have mold, the door bell doesn't work, and the light which they so called fixed, is hanging from the ceiling. All this was reported. But, i needed a place asap. I pay $915 a month, but yet they can't understand why I was upset about my car being towed.

Great apartment complex! Nicely renovated units and well maintained property overall. Staff is very friendly and management is very attentive and responsive!
