Prior to buying my car at Marin Acura I had absolutely no knowledge about them as a dealership. Now, after having bought my car I can honestly say it's more of a family environment than anything.
All the staff are friendly, kind, knowledgeable and funny. I had a ton of questions about the car I was interestedin buying and "Munir" was extremely patient. He even showed me where to look if I had more questions. It was my first Acura purchase, so you can imagine how many questions I had. I got answers for every one.

Christy was absolutely amazing! We keep our cars forever so buying is just a stressful process that I’m not accustomed to. From the start, she was very easy going and comfortable to talk to. She listened to our needs and budget earnestly. She kept regular contact with us for over a month and a half, updating us whenever new inventory or specials came around that met our criteria. We were patient and Christy worked her magic to pair us with a car that was both exciting to drive and big enough for our family.

Marin Acura as a whole was great to deal with and we didn’t feel pressured or coerced into anything we didn’t need. They worked around our schedule and were very gracious and flexible. Even contact with the Dealer after we took delivery of the vehicle has been great, from accessory installation to basic troubleshooting, they have been very responsive and helpful. I have purchased two cars from Acura Merin in the past. Although I love the cars, I can't even begin to express how positive I feel about the dealership.

The buying process this time was easy on the new Acure ZDX 2024. Jean-Pierre assisted in every step of the way and made the buying process seamless for a complicated transaction. Munir also worked very hard behind the scenes to make this happen.

I have purchased a number of cars from other dealerships throughout the Bay Area and I can definitively state that Acura Marine is the best dealership to purchase a car.

Outstanding customer service-beyond what we have ever experienced before. Jean-Pierre was on top of every detail at just the right moment and pulled it together. Cannot say enough about this team and about this car!!

A Big Thanks to Acura Marin for the awesome car shopping experience. It started with a phone call. I spoke to Edmond who was helpful and patient with me on the phone back & forth being I was from out of town about 3hrs away. The 2023 Acura Interga color combo I was looking for very few dealers had in stock in all of California. Finally decided to make the drive and before you know it I was driving back home with the car I wanted Brand New off the Showroom Floor. Would I do it again yes!
