It was such a pleasure to work with Bobbie and Marcie as I purchased my home. I was referred to Bobbie by a friend; I walked into the ReMax office with my husband, filled with enthusiasm, but also a bit anxious. As a first-time homebuyer, despite having done extensive research, I still was unsure of what to expect and wanted to make sure I would be heard, not steamrolled or pressured into such a big decision.

My worries were immediately relieved by Bobbie’s warm welcome and genuine hospitality. She clearly explained the various home-buying processes, what to expect, and the current condition of the market. Because of her candor, patience, and wealth of knowledge, I knew that I had chosen the right realtor to help me find my dream home.

She then introduced me to Marcie, another wonderful and dedicated team member, who patiently showed us different homes to consider. Marcie toured us in homes that fit our budget and personal style, as well as guided our decision-making by sharing her extensive expertise. Marcie pointed out the pros and cons of each unit, was accommodating of our schedule, and promptly responded to any and all of our follow-up questions. Marcie was consistently helpful and kind which made me feel comfortable to move forward, knowing I was making well-informed decisions.

At one point, after the first couple of homes we had our eyes on fell through, I began to feel discouraged. However, Bobbie and Marcie’s unique blend of assertiveness and gentle encouragement provided me the support I needed to not give up. Bobbie was instrumental in helping me through the tough negotiations that ultimately lead to securing a home that was a perfect fit for us.

Once our offer was accepted, Bobbie and Marcie provided assistance with connecting to the multitude of individuals involved in the home-buying process. Bobbie offered referrals for a lawyer, inspector, and mortgage broker, all of whom have also been accommodating and helpful .

I cannot express enough how truly grateful I am to have found Bobbie and Marcie for my first-time home-buying experience. We feel very lucky and blessed as we now enjoy the perfect home Bobbie and Marcie helped us find.

05/31/2023 1:30 pm I Just call that realtor to ask about a place they have for rent , her anwser was (is not available and hang off right away, I was going to ask her if there was anything else similar available , she was very desrespectful I thing she didnt like my spanish accent or Maybe she was to busy . still was not a good way to threat posible clientes or a person.
