lived here for 3 years. pretty chill. cheap . and really nice recently remodel apartment. if something is broken in your apartment maintenance fixes it . the only thing is some people have dogs and let them go poop everywhere and some people don't pick it up

I appreciated the sincere and knowledgeable manager Edith. Its gated, has a pool and playground. Its also just been Remodeled. Theres also a learning center for kids and adults in the complex. Seems safe for my family, im moving in soon and very pleased with Mapelwood, out of all the apartment hunting ive done.
