If I could I would give zero stars, This "management "company allowed their property manager Dawn to give Imporper 60 day notice to Two disabled senior residents whonlived in their unit for over 13 years!! causing them to be displaced/homeless and a huge loss of personal belongings from the infestation of roaches!

When I called to communicate my concerns and advocate for my family to implement their rights Dawn began shouting, and behaving extreamy unhinged. Absolutely not! You cannot simply put people on the street. Not to mention, They never returned their deposit. The staff Has been confrontational the entire time we were trying to communicate our concerns. This place is unethical and has Zero integrity or interest in doing whats right with their apartment units. They are very discriminatory, rude, and refused to handle things respectfully. We thank God for a wonderful team of Attorneys holding these people accountable!

I love the convenance of their online portal, and any work orders submitted are addressed in a timely manner. The property is well maintained by on-site staff, and their maintenance crew.
