Mansfield Village is a great place to rent from. Me and my family lived here for almost 4 years and it was an awesome experience. And I would like to give a special Thank You to Omar, the superintendent. Numerous times and numerous days, Omar went above and beyond for me, when he did not have to in anyway shape or form. He and all of the staff there have great attitudes. They are good people and they understand how life is.

Omar, Giraldo and the rest of the crew were amazing. Very generous people, trustworthy, and quick response to any repair issues! First apartment complex I have experienced where the maintenance was quick to respond and easy to deal with and the repair was done correctly and efficiently ! I just moved in but I had to do a review regarding my experience so far. The apartment looks amazing for the price. I had a couple issues with the apartment at first but Omar, the property manager, and his team heard my concerns and resolved them beyond my expectations. Super professional, attentive, and I’ve never had service this good at any other place.

I liked living here for years until I went to re sign my lease another year and was told the rent increase was 10%. In another maybe two years I (and other people probably) won’t be able to afford to live here. But they know they can get away with it because it’s still cheaper then most places around here.

We lived here for 3 years and it was ok at first then we got jerk neighbors that didn't like my kids making noise complaints for no reason and constant raised rent at a ridiculous rate that should have been illegal. The laundry rooms sucked ruined most of our clothes and it got worse and worse as time went on. Don't live here it's not worth it.
