I had a great experience buying a car with the salesman when I went to the dealer . I was treated respectfully and I feel like I was able to go through with purchasing a car , even though I experience some difficulties . after I bought the car i was trying to get a hold of the finance manager Dave which he is also a great person to deal with I enjoyed talking to him and him helping me out, but I talked to the other staff and when I talked to them over the phone. I can tell you I got Hung up on call on purpose, I tried to to explain that I needed to speak to someone in regards my car they would transfer me to a call and I would get a voicemail but I explained I needed to speak to someone so I felt ignored. then also when I called the first few times I overheard the person answering the phone saying ugh not this guy again which is really unfortunate because here I thought they were a professionals but I guess some people just don’t have no manners. From buying many cars over the years, I have never experienced this type of behavior. I have purchased a total of six cars throughout my lifetime. I also take people to buy cars as a favor for them. I just go just to make sure they’re not getting scammed. I’ve herd stories that are unbelievable, But so far my experience was great with the salesman and the finance manager. Sales person name is Scott and finance person is Dave if you ever decide to go to Manny Honda I would recommend you talk to Scott and Dave as well they are great at what they do and I’m not just saying that. I felt great energy and great vibes from this these two guys. I tell you for the salesman and finance guy and their effort for going above and beyond. I give both of them a five out of five stars, but to tell you The truth, I would rate the dealer most likely two stars, but that’s just my opinion to be honest with you. You also say you have over 100 years experience, but I don’t think your staff is properly trained and I think they deserve to be trained better and or give them input at the end of the day because it’s unacceptable how I was treated. Many people have different experiences and I can tell you I would only give them two stars but if you ever decide to go to them. I can tell you I will take one of my friends if they decide to buy a car to Scott and Dave because they are All stars.
