I had the best experience selling my 2018 BMW 330e here. They beat both CarMax and Shift in pricing. Chris Tara-Browne was a pleasure to work with. He was very affable and likable. He also quoted Master Yoda in negotiations which made me like him even more. I feel we got a very good deal and the process was easy peasy. We received the check today, no regrets. The initial offer was less than I was asking and was on par with what other companies were offering, but Margarita worked with me and ended up offering me near what I was asking. It was really a pleasure working with Margarita. She explained the process, 0 pressure, and was really pleasant to work with. Bad service! My family and I were looking for a car, we went in to the office and we told them that we gonna be outside looking at the cars, ones we were outside a person came to us and told us. If you’re buying a car don’t do it here, I went in to the office when you guys were going out and they started talking racist things about your family, and that makes me walk away and not to buy a car here, so thanks to this person we walk away! This manly employees do not even know how’s my bank account! And we are in cash! They lost a client! ESTO ES PARA LA COMUNIDAD LATINA! If your looking to sell your car or have any car questions in general I can only recommend one person, Crissy at Manly! I haven’t always had the best car dealership experiences in my life always feeling overwhelmed and pressured. Within minutes of meeting Crissy I immediately felt comfortable and knew she was going to help me with what I needed. She was kind, polite, and extremely helpful. I placed an online ad to sell my car. Margarita contacted me and made a generous offer that was higher than other offers I had received from 2 dealers and 3 private party individuals. Even though I live 4 1/2 hours away from Manly, Margarita said that she would send a driver with a check to pick my car up at my home and assured me that Manly doesn't play games with the price once they arrive to pick up the car. Margarita was true to her word and the entire process from start to finish was very smooth and painless. The driver arrived on time with the paperwork and check in hand. He was also very pleasant. I overlooked some personal items that I had left in the car and Margarita graciously shipped them right back to me. Margarita was very responsive and friendly throughout the process and it was a pleasure dealing with her.

Margarita made selling my car so easy. We closed the deal in 2 phone calls. She even suggested that I drive to my bank for the exchange so that I could deposit the check and know that the deal was good before handing over my keys. when that was done, the person who received my car drove me home!! I'll go to Manly again.
