1 word - HORRIBLE! My apartment is decent but this management company is terrible.. there’s never anyone in the office that you can speak with, you can call all day and not get a response or a call back, and you only hear from the landlord when it’s about money. I will NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to rent through this company. Zero stars if I could!!

Rushmore Properties are wonderful places to live. The apartments have great layout, plenty of closet space, quality fixtures, and pretty decor. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the entire complex is well maintained on a regular basis. When I submit a maintenance request it is fulfilled quickly and thoroughly. In addition the staff cares about us as residents and makes sure we are taken care of and have what we need. It is more than a wonderful apartment complex; it is a community and it is home!

If you're considering living here- DO IT. We can't say enough good things about our experience here. From the NEW property managers, to the safety of the building, the maintenance team is awesome, the gym is great for an apartment complex, the pool is so convenient and they're VERY pet friendly. Our pup absolutely loved all of the other dogs in the building and you DO NOT hear other dogs in other units and even maintenance cleans up the grass areas to make sure they're always clean - we have no complaints!

650 Park Ave was once a beautiful complex. I’ve lived here for 8 years and it’s truly a dump now. This management team only cares about 1 thing; MONEY! Rent increases every year, the gym is non existent, windows and walls are poorly insulated, the gate was taken down although my lease mentions secured parking, management sold the parking lot to prompt parking so they’re no longer liable for any break-ins or theft, the super Pedro is rude and ignorant, I had over $300 worth of Christmas merchandise stolen from the mailbox center and not one person called back (thank God the company resent the package to a store for pickup although the tracking said delivered), updates are not made to justify the constant rent increases(no amenities) I can go on and on. Do yourself a favor and run!! I can’t wait to move...

I’ve been living in a renovated apartment for about 6 months now and it’s beautiful the apartment is nice, however, the building and this company is horrible. Despite being rushed to move in to this place my apartment was never cleaned prior to me moving in and it wasn’t finished either. There was some work that had to be done after I moved in and I had no fire alarms. It turns out my apartment was never inspected. The walls are paper thin and the people above me allow there children to run around all day and management does nothing about it. Despite my apartment being looked at by an exterminator I still see roaches. For the amount of rent these people charge please do not waste your time to live in this run down buildings with noisy neighbors.

I moved in on February 9 2022 and by 14th the rodents and roaches are everywhere. Called the office had to leave several messages with no response. It was so horrible my first three weeks called the housing and health department and they was sited for a few validation. Filed a escrow complaint because the mice are so bad they now digging holes in my house plants soil. It a two bedroom apartment but we had to put towels at every entrance to keep them out . We now sleep in one room. Right now I can hear them chewing in the walls. I can’t have my day in court because they can’t serve the landlord. Can someone please tell who that is and the location of that office .. this inhumane . Note I pay market rent. Seeking help and giving you a warning it’s a nasty mess

Please ignore those false reviews written by management. I've been living in one of their properties for almost a year. Thank god my lease is almost over! This is my first apartment and this experience has been nothing short of a complete nightmare thanks to rushmore management. They never answer the phone. They charge fees for every little thing you can think of but can't fix the major issues in the building, like not putting up a camera system because there is a huge theft issue going on(that they're aware of) and the fact that there is a roach infestation in a newly renovated apartment building thats been going on since the summer time thank god it calmed down during winter season. The super is extremely rude whenever you ask him to do something there is always an issue. You go the management office and they act like they can't even speak to you face to face so they throw you to the receptionist lady in the front. The list goes on. Please do not move here you will REGRET everyday of it. There is better out here trust me!

At first I was extremely happy to be moving in to one of the apartments on Prospect St. I even gave a security deposit to secure my spot for the apartment. The very next day I called To make sure they weren’t over charging me for rent and that they got the apartment inspected and had the certificate of habitability which is required by law and it did not. Cristali told me yes everything was taken care of, she even told me she ordered a new fridge and stove for the apartment. Few hours later she calls me back and says she re-submitted my application to her cooperate office because she got a call from the city and now my application was denied. I asked why was it denied after first being approved she told me it was my credit score and even told me a false score. I explained to her that wasn’t my score and I wanted To know the truth but she couldn’t tell me. I even asked for a copy of my report that was making me be denied which by law Cristali is supposed to give me but she couldn’t. So either she ran my credit twice (which is also illegal) or she never ran it at all and was just upset I called Rushmore Management out for not doing what was legally right. So because I wanted to make sure I was moving into a safe apartment and wasn’t being cheated on the rent she denied my application. Which was extremely unfair and unprofessional especially being that I started packing and getting things ready to move. Why deny me now TWO WEEKS before I was supposed to move in? I even agreed to still pay the asking price although they were illegally over charging me. I would love to have real answers as to why I was denied after being approved.
