We went to other dealers, but none compare to Malouf!
The people are there to help you, even though they're "competitors" on commission. There's a pleasant, team-based atmosphere. They have trained staff who thoroughly explain the advantages of the vehicle you have in mind. They work in an orderly manner and don't push you to buy one product or another. They listen to you and provide what you're looking for and need from start to finish.
This time we were served by Alora! Excellent salesperson!

So far so good. I’ve taken my car to Malouf Ford for maintenance twice and the customer service has been top tier. George was very polite and informative. He took the time to explain my vehicle maintenance cycle. I took the courtesy to be shuttled home as opposed to waiting while my car was being serviced. Both drivers were nice and got me home safely. George kept me informed via text with status updates. Overall, a pleasant experience. I highly recommend.

This review is for the service center, I can’t speak for the dealership part of the business. I brought my car in for an issue that was covered under a warranty, I dropped the car off Tuesday afternoon for a Wednesday morning appointment. Despite the appointment, the car was not looked at until Thursday afternoon after I called for an update.

All parts arrived by the following Wednesday, so I was told it would be ready Friday, Friday came and I was told Monday. On Monday I was told Tuesday. This went on until Thursday, and by that point I had long stopped believing that the car would actually be ready “tomorrow.” On Thursday I finally told them enough was enough and that the car needed to be ready the following day. It still was not ready the following day, but only after demanding action was a loaner vehicle provided. Prior to this, they told me to rent a car and they would reimburse me, however I paid upfront and this cost added up with each day the rental had to be extended.

When I went to pick up the loaner Friday afternoon, they said if I waited about 20 minutes my actual car would be done. After about 25 minutes, they provided me with the loaner saying it actually wouldn’t be ready. The following Monday, I was told they would need to “take the engine apart” and that it would probably be another week because they were still having a problem. When I asked for confirmation that all of this additional work would still be covered under the warranty, I was told “I don’t have a crystal ball, I can't guarantee everything is going to be covered.” At that point I asked to speak to the manager, but never got a call back from the manager. I got a call that afternoon that the car actually was ready, but at the first red light I hit, the car shook aggressively while idling and got worse when I tried to accelerate, so I had to bring it right back to the dealership. They had it for another 10 days and had to have their field service engineer work it on to finally fix it.

After picking up the car, I called with a question about the car, and the service advisor told me he would ask the tech about it, but I never got a call back.

If you need to get work done at a Ford dealership, I would go anywhere but here.
