As an ill-informed first time home buyer, I could not have done better than choosing Ruby Park from Main Street as my broker.

We started with a phone call where she listened carefully and gathered all of the important facts. Using that information she lined up a few showings to get an even better feel for what I was looking for.

I had a ton of questions. I think most anyone else would have been annoyed but Ruby responded very fast whether during the day, in the evening, or on the weekends. She handed packets, sent me links, and did everything she could to educate me quickly on the whole process. She didn’t spam me with homes but sent me very precise results which perfectly matched my search criteria.

She hung in there for months taking me all over the city of Chicago. She pointed out issues that I was not aware of. When we went to see places, she was always on time and ready to go. One week I got a really bad cold and she brought me food! Amazing! What a kind and thoughtful person she is!

Once we found the place and I was ready to move, she rolled up her sleeves and went to work on the price for me. As if that isn’t enough already, she supplied me with a real estate lawyer, home inspector, and several contractors. Who, just like Ruby, were all TOP NOTCH!

She showed up to the closing, we took pictures, and she gave me an awesome gift! I don’t even think my friends know how to buy me the right gifts for holidays!

I cannot recommend Ruby enough. Even now she emails me once in a while to ask me if the new home is doing good and if I’m happy. Feel free to reach out to me if you want my testimonial. I’m more than happy to help someone who went above and beyond like Ruby Park did.

Do not trust this company. One of their agents, Jason Marsing showed me a unit and told me to go ahead and apply. I applied and he has ghosted me. I’ve called, texted, and emailed. He is also still showing the unit and acting as if no one has applied. When I called the main office receptionist, she acted like my situation wasn’t important. I see this is how they are getting their money. Crooks ! Took my $80 and information.

Amazing company! Andy Y. helped us out when we were searching for a new apartment to move into and he did one heck of a job! Amazing communication and helpfulness, he sent us many places to check out that were exactly what we had asked / were looking for. Each place honestly looked amazing and had so many extra features! Andy made the whole process smooth and made sure to explain anything/everything to us if we needed and even after signing the lease he's still assisting us and making sure everything is going well in the new place! I was working with Ron Rodricks last month, I submitted an application for a condo he was renting out. After being told I would have the lease in my inbox and had been approved he messaged me a few days later to say that someone else had signed the lease that morning instead (this was a few days after he had told me it would be mine). He offered to refund me the application fee I had paid. However he stopped replying and never sent the reimbursement. The situation was sly and misleading - would not recommend. He has gone against his word twice in the time I've worked with him. Disappointed.

Mo Dadkhah was unbelievable throughout every step of the process and made us very comfortable as first time homebuyers. Not only did he provide insight as a broker, but as a lawyer as well. We had a snag with our closing process and Mo came up with a solution within a few seconds. Since he has a real estate law background, I don't think we would have closed on the same day without him. He's a VERY hard worker and made sure we were comfortable with every step of the process. My wife and I loved the subtle jokes, personality and work ethic of Mo. We even picked Mo over our mutual friends who are brokers and have absolutely no regrets. My wife and I HIGHLY recommend Mo Dadkhah and Main Street Real Estate Group.

Got a frustrating experience with one of their brokers who out of nowhere added us additional fees (500usd "administrative fees" on top of existing 500usd). And we got the news after having payed 180usd of background review. I would recommend to deeply check which broker is attending you so you don't get bad surprises. I don't think the company itself does like this broker but you guys should better check who you work with.

This firm represented the sellers in my home purchase. Work was promised contractually in the closing agreement that still has not been delivered almost a year later. Funds that were promised in lieu of the work has not been delivered. This firm has no integrity. If you see them selling a home, run away. Run far far away.
