I have been with this company for about 4 years. They handle my rental in Vsrrado Az. During all this time the service was very good and responsive.i as well as the tenant were very saticfied with the service. I have only can say good things about the service, rent collection and solving any problems i had. I would like to add, that due to my situation was changed, i am currently no customer of them, but that dont change my experiance.

Currently in the middle of week 4 with no kitchen sink. Whoever they had install the sink did not do it properly so the piping decayed away and every time we used it it sprayed, unknown to us, the inside of the island. Entire island was a loss and needed to be gutted and dried. Got dried but then no one from the company will respond to the rebuild company to get this taken care of more will the home owner respond either. I called multiple times over the last couple of days and never got a response. Finally today I get an email that tells me that as of next week they will no longer be managing this property and any issues I have will need to go through the new company but I don’t even know who that is because Main Street gave us no notification. So now we will be going on a month of no sink after their poor management of this situation. This is not the type of service that should be provided by a company, especially one here in Verrado.

Edit to add: Finally got ahold of the home owner for the home I am renting. I gave him all the contact information to the company that was to rebuild the island. He then informed me that he just found out that the Main Street gave the company Contact info that was over two years old. I also still do not h e any info on the new property management company and when I reached out one more time to Main Street I was told to stop calling and then hung up on.

Their follow-up on issues or Maintenance Trouble Reports is third world. No hot water for nine days. They take forever to make a decision on repairs and buy time using hope as a strategy that the problem repairs itself before they have to spend money. Not very friendly or helpful. The only good thing is they do not bug you on anything but on the flip-side of that they are hopeless when needed for repairs or issues. They are unreachable during weekends and holidays. Probably understaffed as the previous comment.

Additionally No Ownership of problems which is a failure of management 001:
Me: "What is the schedule to fix your rental property."
Them: "It is not our rental"

This is a business that benefits from an expanding market as Buckeye is growing so they don't have to offer customer service of any type.

It gets better:
Me: "I am a customer."
Them: "You are not a customer you're a tenant".
hahahaha that about sums it up.

Chance Mason

Ken and Suzette will straight up steal your deposit. These people are trying to charge me over $500 for 2 ceiling fans that wobble and a faucet that has some hard water corrosion. Ken won’t respond to phone calls so I will be taking them to court. Beware these people are thieves.

Beware this company is understaffed and currently run very inefficiently. Was more work to get the rent from Main Street than it ever was to get it from the tenants myself
