Brandon just helped my husband and I get our first home! We loved working with Brandon. With being first-time buyers, there were plenty of things I had anxiety about- taking too long to find a house, not having enough knowledge to be a homeowner, and just in general making the right choices and weighing the appropriate pros and cons of each house we looked at. Not one time did Brandon make me feel rushed or like we were being ‘too picky’. No matter how many times I’m sure I asked the dumbest questions, he never ever made me feel silly for my concerns. He made it clear he wasn’t just trying to sell us on a house, but seriously considering our future and investments. Brandon also has what I think is the best of two opposite traits in that he is super easy going and laid back with a no-pressure feel, while at the same time never shying away from advocating for you in negotiations and making sure you’re completely covered and taken care of. He is absolutely the best person to have in your corner. We are so happy we got to work with Brandon and so thankful for everything he did for us!

I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and realtor company for buying our first home. Valerie Wallace was amazing from start to finish, she was always on top of sending us newly listed houses and had an answer for every question she had. We used the VA Home loan and she was very knowledgeable when it came to the what documents we needed for it. Over all it was an outstanding experience! I had the absolute best experience, Valerie and her team really made it happen for us. From day one to close there was never a moment I wasn't in the loop she was so open with communication. We looked at several homes and evertime we did the walk though we could really tell she had our best interest in mind. I don't plan on buying another home but I was going to I wouldn't ever go to anyone else. The absolute best experience 15/10 so above and beyond for us. She feels like family at this point! I was very patient with the process which I know things happen but I think Dawn was more excited for me and any question I had she answered it and was always keeping me in the loop with what was going on and to do that job you have to have patience and a lot of it.
