Bryan helped me to purchase a house and to understand the process as a first time buyer. He made solid recommendations and handled nearly all aspects of the purchase (scheduling inspections, etc.). Bryan was pleasant to work with and seems like an all around good guy. He was always quick to respond to questions via email and text, even after hours. If I ever have to sell it will be a sad day, but I'll definitely be reaching out to Bryan to coordinate it!

We lived in our home for 25 years and raised seven children there. this was our second time working with Bryan! he had our house sold in less than 30 hours and that was the best experience ever! he then helped us search for a new home and answered 100 questions in between. we had a less than pleasant experience with the selling realtor for the home we decided to buy. Bryan was our advocate every step of the way even outside of "normal business hours". he made the process as smooth as he possibly could throughout the closing including after when we had a few other hiccups! We bought our house through Mahaffey Betts 5 years ago. You would not believe the headaches we have had. We bought our house from Betts himself and his partner Jerry Faulk. We had a first time buyers loan. With that specific loan, the house needs to pass an inspection. Conveniently, Betts and his brother, who just so happened to be the loan officer, picked our inspector. They told us that was the way it was supposed to be done. We stupidly trusted them. Within the first year, Our roof had to be completley replaced. That was a $15,000 project. Then our basement flooded. And let me explain that Alex told us he couldn't show us the basement when we looked at the house because there was no electricity and no therefore no lights. He assured us that is was a great basement and it had no problems. After these 2 incidents we went to a lawyer... But unfortunatly we missed our small 1 year window to sue and tell them to take the house back. So now we continue to discover problems they "Jerry rigged" (how appropriate right?) year 2 we found termites have taken over our yard... thankfully now structure damage though. But then it was pointed out by the termite guy that we had signifigant structure damage due to the floorboards rotting. That was after a $3000 fiasco caused by Jerry and his workers dropping a tape measure down a pipe when installing our toilet. Now our floors a bowing and I can only imagine what else is going to happen. Do not go through this reality. They are as crooked as hell. I truly do not understand how they can sleep at night knowing they have put a young family like ours in financial ruins....
