My siblings and I recently sold a home with Chris and Lisa DeNike at Madrone Homes. Honestly we could not have had a better team helping us. We all live out of the area now and needed a capable team to both prepare and sell the home. Lisa did an absolutely incredible job updating the home and staging it beautifully and Chris did a fantastic job marketing the home and getting us a great offer before the 1st open house. Calling Chris our real estate agent would be doing a huge disservice to him.

We highly recommend Chris DeNike for Marin real estate. Chris sold two homes for us and did an excellent job both times. Chris clearly knows Southern Marin. He is very personal without ever being intrusive, and we never felt pressured to do anything we didn't want to.
