I’ve lived at Madrid for over 3 years now, and I have to say it’s been a fantastic experience. The community is well-kept, quiet, and welcoming, but one of the biggest highlights has been the maintenance team, especially David.

Whenever I’ve needed something fixed, David has always been quick to respond and incredibly thorough. No matter the issue—big or small—he tackles it with professionalism and a positive attitude. Just recently, he went out of his way to help me with a plumbing problem, and he even followed up later to make sure everything was still working perfectly.

I’ve been living at Madrid for a little over a year now and can’t say enough nice things about this place. Clean, safe, and nice roomy apartments. David with the maintenance staff has been especially helpful/quick whenever I needed something simple fixed and always waves at the residents every day! Small things like that make a difference being that I’ve lived at other apartments where they have less than ideal maintenance and very long response times.

My husband and I have lived at Madrid for almost 4years and we’ve been very happy with the complex, staff and property. However, David is absolutely amazing! He takes the time to know all the residents and their families, always smiling and so professional! I had smelt gas/propane on our balcony while watering plants, called the office and David came after he was already home for the day! David is always there for the residents and it’s incredibly reassuring that he cares so much! Our minds are at ease knowing we are taken care of. Thank you David and thank you Madrid!

"I've been renting with Madrid Apartments for the past three months since moving from Seattle, and I have to say, it's been the best experience I've ever had with apartment staff. Kim, the office manager, is incredibly kind and always makes us feel welcomed. She has a fantastic team around her that truly cares about the residents. David, the maintenance technician, has been quick to address any issues we've had, so much so that it feels like we haven't had any problems at all!
During our initial visits, Kim mentioned how good the school districts were, and she definitely hit the mark. Our four kids are adjusting well, making new friends, and thriving in their new schools. The apartment even hosted a food truck event recently, which was a great way to bring the community together. My 4-year-old has a cute playground to enjoy, and there are very fancy grills that I've used on multiple occasions by the poolside while my family enjoys the pool, which is conveniently located next to the fitness center and parcel delivery room.
I honestly feel spoiled being managed by such attentive and responsive staff. This place has made our transition smooth and comfortable, and I couldn't be happier with our choice to call Madrid Apartments home.

David has not only been responsive but kind, respectful, and knowledgeable about the details of the work he does and is always willing to explain.
