I have lived @ the Eaton Eaton Terrace Apartments (First Apartment next to the gate) now for about 7 + years..I can not express the Gratitude & Appreciation I have for the Owner and Management team of this property,always striving to better the Terrace Apartments Community..Great Apartments with a feel safe vibe, a fun Family orientated environment..Promptly addressing any issues or concerns including maintenance request, exceptional service for all our needs!!... couldn't ask for a better Owner & Management team..Owner & Management always open to Tenant ideas,opinions and suggestions..It's a relief knowing we have an Owner & Management team that care... Commercial washer and driers!! new windows!!, new paint!!...our pool always clean and inviting as is our Apartment!! Thank you MR. Lee!!.
OH..as far as the gate where everyone comes in and out from not an issue,Owner took care of that as well...Love it here!!!

Since 2016 - 2021 ٫ I was living to this apartment, I was so happy and no issues at all , and the managers are nice , Neighborhoods good , I love this place I wish I could give More than five star they are super stars !
