I have been living here for 2 months now, and it's been a very good experience with the Management and Maintenance teams. Quick responsive to maintenance requests, max a day or 2, they will address the issue, which is very cool in this community.
A couple of minor downsides - noise level from heater and nearby traffic can be noticeable at times. But nothing disruptive.

Overall, it's somewhat old community but affordable price which is the trade-off here. Very nice and cool leasing staffs Danielle, Angel and maintenance support gentlemen Isaac and his team.

I truly appreciate the staffs for the prompt response. Thank you.

Great place to live. Been here for sometime. Clean. Safe. Quiet. Love the courtyard. Management team does a good job! Shout out to John over maintenance! Daniella, Angel, and Renea in the office. They all do a good job! Good team overall!!

Been here for 7 months here and I gotta say, I’m impressed. The office staff is friendly and the maintenance team is A+++ awesome, I’ve had issues with other maintenance guys at previous apartments but not these guys. John and Isaac are super nice, quick to help and do a great job. Honestly they’re one of the top reasons I’ll be renewing my lease.

Issac performed “Above and beyond” on a plumbing issue assuring I was safe and able to use the bathroom without leaks and fixing all the damage. He was personable and explained through out the process how long the repairs would take. Thanks so much!

I moved in on July 10, 2024 and during my initial inspection of the apartment, found it had not been properly cleaned and there was significant water damage around the bedroom window. I submitted photos on multiple occasions as evidence of the condition of the apartment but it was almost 3 weeks before the property manager actually met with me but quickly dismissed the incompetent attempts maintenance had made to resolve simple issues like leaky bathroom faucet, malfunctioning door lock and kitchen sink not actually installed correctly. I requested a third party inspection to test for mold but was denied because there was no moisture present. Instead, they painted over the water stains and kept failing to actually fix the issues. I had a lot going on personally so was resolved to make the best of it until I could move but I happened to be hanging something up and noticed black around one air vent. Morbid curiosity took over and this is what I found. The last photo is a before and after of the window when they painted.

I was very excited to move into this apartment with my family, but within the little time I stayed, we have had rat problems, insults like 'oh its because you have dirty dishes or there was food on the floor. we are now forced to move out because we have children and there's absolutely no point in having a patio if our children cant even stand outside due to rats. Also forced to pay a lot of money in order to break the lease. I am extremely dissatisfied!

Overall, a pleasant living experience. Nice and quiet. Well-built buildings and breezeways for the apartments even though the interiors seem dated. Beautiful landscaping and amazing large water feature to walk my dog around. I do suggest adding one more dog post station on the south end of the water feature. Have two posts near each other there because so many times the receptacle for collecting filled doggy poop bags gets overfilled, and people leave them on the ground around the post. Also, the supply of poop bags often runs out. So, a creative upgrade to the doggy station area with a second doggy maintenance post added would be optimal.

Great staff. I am going on one year here and they are very patient and able to answer my questions. I’ve had to have three service calls in three weeks and have been friendly, explain professionally and very VERY friendly with my cats. 10/10
