We have lived here for a little over a year and a half now and we love it! The community office does so much to get the residents together, we have a pool party every year, Easter egg hunts for the kids, etc. the little grill areas are some of our favorite for those hot months when you don’t want to cook anything in the house! I love that my kiddos feel comfortable and always want to pop into the office to say a quick hello to “Miss Maddie” ? she’s been the absolute best to us, from touring the apartment to going through all the paperwork she has been so thorough and kind to us!

When it come to Murfreesboro apartments I truly feel like we have found a good one!

Just a few of my experiences to share.

1. During the snow and ice storm the heat went out twice and was freezing for days. it also does not help that this apartment was the absolute worst insulated apartment I have ever lived in.

2. During mid-summer we had no AC for a week and a half when the heat index was over 100 every day. We were given a portable unit however this leaked everywhere it took maintenance two times to figure out that emptying it wasn’t solving the problem. *we were let out of our lease two weeks early after a week and a half of no air conditioning.

3. What is the point of paying ungodly pet fees if they don’t apply to literally anything.

4. They claimed our carpet was brand new when we moved in however when we moved in I took an industrial carpet cleaner to it and it was disgusting. Now we have to pay for pet damages and apparently that means even if it’s in only one room you replace the entire apartments carpet.

5. The grounds towards the office are kept nice until you get into where the actual apartments are and the breezeways are disgusting, ours was filled to the brim with wasp nests, the grass surrounded was filled with dog poop because noone ever picked it up.

Listen you can pay less for a more updated apartment across town and not have to deal with these old gross apartments.

I’ve lived here almost 3 years. It is a good family oriented community. You see neighbors playing at the playgrounds and walking and at the pool. A lot of kids. It is very laid back and comfortable. It is relatively quiet, for an apartment complex. The office staff is great, they’ve always heard my situation and helped towards a resolution as long as I communicate with them. The interior can have some dated aspects from the apartment boom in the area but I think it makes up for that in expense, convenient location across from schools and gated privacy. Also maintenance has always been fast and efficient and on schedule. People rarely pick up their dog poop but honestly that’s everywhere imo

Awful place, money grubbing, the manager does not care at all about their residents. My dog dies of heart failure just after I signed a new lease, to help my daughter heal I am getting a new pet next month, and they dock me another $300, plus another $30 a month no credit towards what I already paid. Sorry about the passing of your dog, pay us more money.

Wonderful community and very pet friendl, no breed or weight restrictions for your furry family members! We relocated from another state and Maddie Jarred made the move less stressful, she was very thorough and helpful throughout our move and when we arrived. Highly recommended!

Stay away from this place!!! I would never rent from this place again! The apartment windows and door leaked air and moisture so bad that mold and mildew grew everywhere. They finally decided to replace the door and windows after we informed them we was moving out. Also the water bill was almost $100 every month the last year we was there. We wasn’t there the last month of the lease and they still charged us a $100 water bill. How is the water bill the same when we wasn’t there as when was was there If we were not there using water it shouldn’t be the same. The office staff acted like that’s normal. Once again STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

If there were more stars I would give them! In my experience this is an amazing place! For a family, it is safe, clean and friendly, not to mention the staff. They are like a big family and they make you feel that way! Besides, there is always a celebration for the kids and neighbors! I love happy people and this place is full of happy and wonderful people!
