I applied for a maintenance position at a Place here in Greeley, co. I got an email saying they were interested in a Setting up interview. I sent a reply. And I also left a phone iMessage. I got a response after the weekend saying ok. We talked and she sent a message with a different day on it then was prior set so I just called the place and asked for the contact her name is TAMMY MORTENSEN. She was very rude to me on the phone so I just said politely ma’am never mind I’m not putting up with this attitude from the start. She sent me a message saying that I was harassing her because of the multiple calls and emails, I called 2 times and only answered here messages. Whoever is incharge there obviously has an attitude problem.

I recently moeautifulved from one of M Timm's apartment locations (Firestone Meadows), and although the area was beautiful and had a great community, with all of the hidden fees before and after your lease, paired with the awful communication and availability of the local and corporate staff, it is a very tough and often frustrating place to live. While living there we received random charges, including one for our car being towed so that they could repave the entire parking lot, and we weren't even home! The main frustration is in the terrible communication and customer care. We didn't get our deposit back until today (75 days after our lease ended when they have a max of 60), and that's with being told three times by the apartment manager that it was "already sent." The corporate office as well did not do a thorough job, and ensured that we'd get back an amount less than what we received in the mail. When I called the corporate office and spoke to a woman named Brenda, all I received was a list of justifications of what she failed to notice and mention until after she ensured me over the phone of what to expect for our deposit return, and some attitude when I tried to ask about an incorrect date on our paperwork. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to live to avoid these frustrations.

They were a great price in CO. I am a single moon. I teach and don’t bring in a whole lot for all demands , BUT they just increased the rent by $200 a month. I can see 50.00 , but $200 is way too much! Now I don’t know what I’m going to do

I meant to leave this sooner. I worked with a Property Manager named Olivia Wallace. Very unprofessional and opinionated. Do better!
