My time dealing with them in managing a business in Santa Barbara was terrible!!

I'd call for emergencies such as leaking pipes OUTSIDE of the building that go into the building, which they are responsible for. It would be running our water bill up - they'd never respond. It took the city threatening citation in order for them to take action on it.

They suggested we use their online ticketing system, which it seems no one ever checks as it sits in there and no one ever reaches out. Multiple instances of them just collecting money from landlords and treating the commercial tenants like crap, not doing their job.

If you're a property owner, look elsewhere.

I would give 0 star if I could. Worst company ever!! They asked me to submit an application along with a $50 fee. After they took my money they just completely ignored me. I literally called the agent Jason Sunukjian 20 times a day just to get updates and he just never picked up the phone. Was never able to get hold of anyone in the team also. No email to follow up what so ever. What a disgusting way of making money — taking people's money and doing absolutely nothing. I'm currently still under the process of claiming my money with my credit card issuer and it has been very frustrating. If you don't want you money scammed, DON'T EVER rent from them or use their service. Jason, f you!

Lynx has been extremely considerate and accommodating while I've been a tenant with them. There are A LOT of very bad property management companies and landlords out there, and Lynx is NOT one of those. I have had bad experience with rentals in Santa Barbara, which is why Lynx has been such a refreshing change. They make the application process easy, they make communication between you and them easy, and they are actually attentive when you have concerns. Lynx is the way to go if you're looking for a new home in Santa Barbara.

I found my rental place with Lynx back in September 2017 and couldn't be happier. Jonathan Blakey responded to my inquiry same day and the whole process from viewing, to paperwork and moving in was a breeze. Property is amazing and very well maintained. Every maintenance request is done within couple of days and if it is an critical issue is done within an hour or two. Jonathan is a true professional in his job and an absolute pleasure to work with, something rare in property management companies these days.

Even though I only rented a short time before I moved to Nor Cal; I really enjoyed my little studio. Jonathan and Riley are very professional and courteous. I would certainly recommend them for anyone looking to rent in SB!

The garbage in the yard next to my mobile home in University Park Mobile Homes is piled as high with stagnant containers of water and old cans of vegetables, wet fabric and peanut butter jars and milk cartons on the top of the fence. It is attracting rats, flies, and lice. The manager is aware of the situation and does not require the tenant to clean it up. It is smelly, disgusting and a health hazard. Why is this being allowed? Why is there nothing being done?

Bad company, they don’t return emails on a timely maner. They say they hire competent people but unfortunately not.. I am currently dealing with a on site manager they have. She doesn’t know how to communicate with People on a profesional maner. She is arrogant. if she doesn’t like something she will yell at the person. she is aggressive, and violent.

Well I'm impressed and I haven't been there. In looking for a studio or small 1 bd. So I asked a question & was pleasantly surprised when shortly after I got an answer from them. They were helpful & very nice to get back to me so fast & no brush like some. That's great business sense & friendly. More after I go check it out😀
