I loved living at Lynn Haven. I was a single woman with the nearest family member an hour away, and I always I felt safe the entire 26 months. I had great neighbors who looked out for each other. I did not know a place like this existed it was a dream come true. This is a great community with a wonderful landlord as well. Where can you find a landlord that finds out you are sick and offer to bring you soup? NOWHERE! I could go on & on about the community, landlord, and neighbors. This place was truly an answer to my prayers, plus more. The only reason I moved is because of my job. Other than that, I would probably be a forever tenant.

We looked for months for a quality place to live in Jasper while moving in from out of state. We needed it to be a safe and quiet neighbor, close to town, clean and well taken care of, and affordable. With everything we were looking for nothing was out there in Jasper until we found Lynn Haven. We were greeted by the owners and they communicated with us and that went on while living there. They treated us like family. Any questions, repairs, concerns were address immediately. I have never seen a Landlord go above and beyond to the level of service we received here. If I could give more stars I would in a heart beat. THANK YOU GUYS!

I loved living here thanks to the management. Mrs. Terri helped me in so many ways. It was super nice and fit the things I needed within my budget. I wish I could list all the kindness I received but I would run out of space. If you are looking for a nice home not just a house this is the apartments you want. The management really makes the difference.

I loved living at Lynn Haven Apartments! The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and the property landlord is a breath of fresh air. On the RARE occasions when there is a maintenance issue, she is polite and caring—the response time is quick. You’ll love living there, too!

I absolutely loved living at Lynn Haven! It never gave off that apartment feeling it was more like your own house. The landlord was always friendly and quick to help if there was ever anything I needed.
