My experience with LRS was great, especially with Dawñelle Howard, the Director of Maintenance. Over the years that my family has been doing business with LRS, she has continuously gone above and beyond to ensure that I understood the process not only of keeping our properties maintained, but she also kept me up to date with helpful information about any maintenance the properties would soon need - all done without any pressure. As well, Dawñelle has accrued an excellent list of vendors that offer their services at competitive prices. Overall, I am pleased with the my communications from everyone at LRS. It is a well oiled machine.

LRS has excellent teams to service its customers, from real estate agent to repair and maintenace dept. They treat both leasor and leasee with respect and as very important. They will review application with due diligence. They take care of repair request quickly and provides high quality repair works.

Sigal is wonderful!!! I was honestly super hesitant to use a management company since my first go around with another one was not the best but I can say I am very glad I came across Sigal at LRS. Finding the right mgmt company makes all the difference and I can say this is the right one for me. Being a first time landlord, she was so helpful in guiding me through the process and made it so easy for both me and the new tenant. She truly is great to work with (responsive, kept me up to date, etc) and found the perfect tenant fast! 100% recommend.

Fairly new relationship with LRS, but I'm happy. This is my first time working with a property management company, but LRS, and Sigal in particular, have held my hand thru the whole process. From prepping the house to finding great tenants, the LRS team has worked quickly with great communication and professional demeanor. I tend to jump to horrible conclusions, so whenever Sigal contacts me with an update or question, she kindly prefaces her texts or emails with "Don't worry - everything is fine with the property." I appreciate her kindness and reassurance. I will not hesitate to use LRS for future rental properties.

The rental home was not ready for us to move into on the day we agreed to with LRS. They were still many items of the owners that were still in the house and many items that had not been addressed or fixed on the day that we got the keys. Luckily that was not the day we had chosen to get movers to move into the place or it would have been a real mess. They did finally get everything cleaned out within four or five days but we still had to pay the rent and did not get any sort of rental reimbursement or understanding regarding the house not being ready for us to move into. In fact at one point we were told that the owner of the house had provided a livable domicile and that's all that they were required to do. The response time seems to be a bit slow and there seems to be some confusion with their phone system as our property manager has two separate phone numbers both of which ring to his cell phone but only one of which actually gets him text messages. We were also not told about any of the HOA regulations which resulted in problems with our vehicles within the first 3 days of moving into the home. We have made a request to get an update on the HOA rules and what we need to follow so we will see how long it takes to get that response.

We are extremely satisfied with the professionalism, courtesy, and prompt responses we get from Sigal Silvers at LRS Realty and Management in Irvine. She has taken the best care of my husband and I. We would highly recommend her to anyone that inquires they are in need of a property management company.
