Manitowoc Property Management always treats our property as if it was their own. They provide friendly, prompt, professional, and exceptional customer service. They are transparent and trustworthy.

We've used them for many years and without them, we would not have been able to keep our Wisconsin property after moving out of state.

Wish I could leave zero stars. If there was a selection of companies in Manitowoc I would not have this one hired. I will be looking to hire a management company outside of Manitowoc now due to how horrible this company is. They do not keep home owners updated. They do not do their jobs that they are hired to do. They don't return phone calls. I will go over a week and not get a phone call returned. I have had the tenants in my home not paying rent and I am not updated. Not only am I not updated as the homeowner but this company does not file any paper work to start the eviction process. Simply a bad company to hire. Would not recommend them for any service at all. Would give 0 stars.

I have used this company the past year and my experiences has gotten worse. Limited to no return calls, email is the only way they commuicate for fear of having a conversation and not having the answer is my guess. When repairs are needed it feels like the prices is 2x to 4x higher with there "in house" maintance then when I got an outside contractor to help.

The best decision I ever made was to hire these guys. Made much-needed transition from previous managers smooth as could be.

They are always prompt, courteous, and respectful. Very easy to communicate with. My tenants love them and so do I.

Absolutely the worst managed company I have ever encountered. No response for weeks to maintenance requests. If you don't follow up weekly they would never do maintenance requests. Would absolutely never recommend this company to manage any property.

Been 3 years and I've had maintenance maybe twice. The place is in major need of renovations that never get done. The only thing they're timely about is collecting rent .. extremely unprofessional and would not recommend them to anyone ...

I started my relationship with Manitowoc Property Management, close to two years ago. Specifically, with the Principal Mr. Richard Robinson Sr.

Since that time, what started as a business transaction, has grown to a full blow partnership. A partnership in the sense, that they offer more than what the contract with them calls for. Those add-ons are: a value add in the form of advise, world class customer service, client centered and data driven decision making, cost effective contractor management and high level communication through accurate reporting and sense making, of all things real estate.

So in those two years, what was a "let's buy a property as investors", has grown to now soon to be five. Their offering has also expanded to full service real estate brokers/listing agent/buyer & seller agents. Their family based outfit, has also grown to accommodate a successful business model.

I have gone as far as introducing my children to the second generation of the family, now fully involved in the business to carry the legacy.

My family, my business partners and I wish them great and continued success and to continue being the leader in property management in Manitowoc County.

The year I lived in one of Manitowoc Property Management’s apartments was great, never had an issue with anything. I would continue renting from them but had to move back to the Milwaukee area. If they had properties in southeastern Wisconsin I absolutely would continue to be their tenant.
