Ben Lovinger was my agent. He was recommended by a friend. He met with my wife and I at our home that we were about to sell in Wisconsin. After talking with several realtors we decided to sell with Ben. Our home was listed and available
for showings on a Friday and we had an offer that same evening. By Saturday the next evening it was sold. We closed almost exactly one later.
