We bought our house in the middle of the pandemic, which was a blessing. We went in knowing that the process may look a little different because of that. However, Lourdes made the whole process from start to finish very seamless. I work in the communications. I can tell you, one of Lourdes attributes that I appreciated the most was her comms skills. Lourdes provided step by step emails, that were simple and digestible for first-time home buyers. For every step in the process, she would prompt us on what to do or to expect next. She kept us in the loop the entire time and we appreciated her constant follow up. We were not just another client, or another commission for her. She truly cared that things went well for us. Right before signing, Lourdes got sick, and wasn’t able to make it, but she ensured that the seller’s agent was there to help with closing.
