We were referred to Mark Lorico through friends that had used him previously and we could not be happier with this decision. As first time home buyers, we were new to the home buying process, but Mark walked us through every step and made us feel comfortable with each major decision that we made along the way. We appreciated Mark’s work ethic, availability, knowledge, experience, and honesty - he did not hesitate to let us know the pros and cons of places we were interested in. We also appreciated that when we first met (January 2022), he took the time to get to know us and understand our wants and needs and sense of urgency - we were seven months pregnant and needed to find a bigger place as soon as possible. Months after closing escrow, Mark still checks in with us and lets us know that he is there if we have any questions. We learned so much from Mark and would 100% recommend him and his team.

Mark helped my family move from IL back to CA. This was a bigger challenge considering we had to fly out to CA a few times to see homes, while putting our own home up for sale. The best thing about working with Mark is that he took the time to listen and ask the right questions to help us find the right type of home for our lifestyle. We thought moving back to CA meant settling for less than what we got in IL. We were wrong. We decided to look at homes in Nov 2022 online, saw many many homes in Jan of 2023, and moved into our new home in March of 2023. As a first-time homeowner, Mark and the Lorico Legacy Group made the entire process of buying a home plain and simple. They make the effort to get to know you and most importantly to understand your “needs” and “wants” when looking for a home. Back in March of 2022, when we started looking for a home, the house market was on fire: houses were selling left and right within a week of being listed. Due to the lack of inventory, it took us a while to find a home that met my budget, “needs”, and “wants” for a home. Once we found one, it only took one try for Mark to place an offer, and he managed to land it!

I enjoyed working with Mark, he is very knowledgeable in his real estate realm and he did an excellent job at informing us when a property requires major repairs/fixes during our open house walkthroughs.

Mark and his team are the best at the real estate business!! I have so many great things to say about them. Day or night, Mark goes out of his way to answer any email, text, or phone call to provide exceptional customer service for his clients! When my wife and I thought it was the right time to purchase a home, we didn’t think twice to contact any other real estate agent - only Mark! He helped us through the entire transaction, and his team was available for us every step of the way. A lot of the documents we signed were done virtually, as well as his instructions. Super convenient! When we found out forever home, Mark shared strategies with us to convince the seller to choose us despite only having 10% down payment and going against many buyers who were offering substantial amounts of money. Long story short - Seller ended choosing us! From there, the escrow process was seamless, the inspections were smooth, and Mark made sure we understood everything from beginning to end. Talk about being detailed oriented! We are so happy with our experience with Mark - and it doesn’t stop there! He always remembers his clients even after the transaction is completed, providing client appreciation events where we get to watch movies, party and network with other buyers. My wife and I can't thank Mark enough for the amazing job he did as our realtor! When our previous landlord decided she wanted to sell the place, we made the decision that we wanted to buy a home.
