Working and befriending Bobby from LSLP was a great land buying and overall experience. To say the least his knowledge, being able to address any questions/concerns and his attentiveness to our wants, got us our quite beautiful piece of dirt we can develop into our own for years to come and enjoy when retirement comes down the road. The ease of doing business in purchasing my ranch made the experience so enjoyable. I had stated exactly what I wanted, in my search for land, and had also travelled over an hour to reach the destination that I was looking at. Despite what was written in the contract (I had studied it before driving out there), the touring agent had openly been dishonest several times regarding the 'property owners association' and how they operated. he also obfuscated costs by stating how great of a deal the land was, but completely leaving out that they wanted 20k to force you to drill your own well. I also was not appreciative of how a property owner's association that can dictate the colour of your home, fine you, lein your property, and is completely untouchable regarding 'trespassing' to barge across your property line and 'fix' whatever disscrepancy they feel is necessary, would be framed as 'minimal regulations'. My experience with this one property site has taught me that when dealing with Lone Star Land Partners, you should have a cynical eye and a dirt lawyer on retainer to read over any contract they put before you. Your mind set is to buy a home and establish roots, where their mindset seems to be a winner take all game where your hard earned money is the prize. 0/5 stars, could not recommend these scalpers less.

I cannot say enough thank you to Bobby Gage with Long Star Partners. Bobby is a true professional gentleman. It was a pleasure to do business with him. Me and my sister came to look at the lots to have an idea. We didn’t schedule an appointment, and Bobby found time to show us almost the entire inventory of the lots. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured. He is an excellent agent who gives that feeling of trustworthiness, which is very important. The next day, I purchased a lot. He helped me with the lenders' contacts and stayed engaged and helpful during the closing process. Bobby did not disappear after the closing. He stays available to his clients. I would do business with Bobby and Long Star Land Partners again, most definitely!

I have spent several years looking for high quality ranch property in my home state of Texas and have been disappointed on many occasions. I can honestly say that was not the case with my purchase at the Ranches of Buck Ridge. My sales representative,
Tyler Lindholm, was extremely open and honest with me about every aspect of the development and worked very hard to find me the ranch that I wanted. In the end I purchased just the piece of property that meet my needs. I couldn't be more pleased with the land and the purchase process. Additionally, since closing on the property Tyler and other representatives of Lone Star Land Partners have checked with me on several occasions to insure I am completely satisfied and offer me their assistance if I need anything else. This is the way a buying experience should work, and I highly recommend these folks.
