The maintenance here is amazing, I specifically love Marco and his maintenance team they do an amazing job!! Marco is always on point and efficient with his work and even on his days off he is always at his property to ensure everything is good and he is so professional I couldn’t be happier as a resident!

My experience with the leasing agent, Yani, was great. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to understand what I actually wanted, as well as my budget. The customer service I received from her and the staff was amazing. I was greeted with a warm welcome as soon as I walked in, and friendly faces . You can barely find that nowadays. I truly appreciate the experience I had.

I decided to go toward the apartments without making an appointment.
I was welcomed in and immediately offered assistance in answering any questions that I might have asked to what I was looking for.
They were very busy that day.

A leasing agent by the name of Edelia Bacha just returned with another leasing agent from completing a tour with other potential residence.

Edelia asked questions to identify what I was looking for and immediately locate it a couple of units, one of which we were able to tour.

It’s not easy, finding two bedroom apartments that are affordable in Las Vegas these days much less to find leasing agents that actively listen and do their best to help you and not to help land the lease opportunity.

I look forward to one day being a resident with Loma Vista Apartments and I know that The management staff is friendly and easy to work with.

Came here today to help my brother look for an apartment and Casha helped us view a couple of apartments and talked us through pricing. She was so knowledgeable and transparent about anything we asked, and she had us laughing the entire time. Honestly was one of the funnest apartment tours i’ve ever been on, love her. Give that woman a raise lol! She’s definitely a plus to the complex.
