Very Rude receptionist and her coworker who came out supposedly to descale a a situation with her receptionist while all she did was the opposite buy both of then mocking me due to the fact that I dove 1:45 minutes to come see a property just to be told that they do not reserve keys for nobody and to to try again tomorrow, I say no thanks as I am not interested in dealing with a compay that locks the most basic of customer service skills as a simple greeting and a simple apology even if they are not at fault

Great company to work with it was a smooth and easy process when having an issue in my apartment. Ralph was great at answering all my calls and finding someone to fix my home issues in a very fast matter. He made me feel like priority when asking questions and needing assistance right away .

I originally gave 2 star but now leaving here over 3 years I give zero star but they don't let u put zero stars... anytime you need anything fixed, good luck! Emergency number never calls back. Ever! Roof leaks nothing! Water heater nothing! Had too keep calling office and been 2 month with no water heater. And still waiting! Also I surround by homeless people! I call police and lucky if they show up. Homeless people have more right than paying citizen... they throw thrash all around my apartment and nobody helps! I have gotten into so many fights with homeless people. These a horrible area too leave in. Locator property only cares about money not there tenants! Not sure what my options are so stuck dealing with these mess. Can anybody help?! I shouldn't have to leave! Right?! I pay rent on time. These property management need too step up and help me !!!!!

I rented from Locator like 19 years ago. Was fine then. I applied today for a home and was told I didn’t get approved because of a charged off many years ago do to divorce. They didn’t care what I had told say. It’s unfair that I get punished for items that were because of divorce. We are out $150 for a credit check. I only have my car and student loan that are current and in good standings. Disappointed in this company.

I am not sure why the below reviews are bad? like my experience has not been bad at all. I am a single girl and every time i call to get things fix they come out and get things done. I love my apartment. When i moved in everything was perfect. Nice and clean, two tone paint on the walls. new carpet. love the kitchen. Whenever i call girls are always friendly. I honestly do recommend this property management.... just keep in mind this is a rental not your own apartment take care of the place and your deposit will be returned. Sad to say I am moving soon due to work... i am not concern about the deposit myself , because i have kept up with my apartment .

Very nice receptionist, terribly rude and unprofessional property managers. Their office is open until 5 but they make you come in by 3:30 or sooner to sign things and all parties must be there at the same time. I rented a property with two other working adults. When it was time to renew our lease after 1 year, they were super weird about one of the adults moving out and another moving in. They told us we all had to sign a new contract (to be expected, obviously), but that there was no rush since two of us were staying and we’re already noted for. Then, all of a sudden, a couple months later they demanded that we all come in within a week or we would be getting a 3 day notice of leave. Not only did they bombard us with a sudden deadline, but they demanded we all come in at the same time on a weekday before 3:30 to sign. Their explanation for it was that the contract was long and they only wanted to have to review it once. We all work until 3:30pm or later. If the office is open until 5, why is that the deadline? And why would you want to push good, reliable renters out because you’re too lazy to review a contract with them separately? This is just one example of how short and unprofessional they are. They never answer, they are hard to contact about property issues, and they are simply so rude when you talk to them.
