Be aware and stay away from this company properties. Specially try to avoid person named Tyson Korkmaz. We used to live in one of their apartment buildings and had a worst living experience in this country. First of all they are never going to respond to any of your complain calls and letters. I have written 4 complain letters to Tyson K. and never get any respond. He is only ready to collect the rent checks and doesn't care about his tenants and anything else . Second they are never going to give you back your security deposit, even they will charge you for the plumbing job which is their responsibility to keep rented apartments functional. In addition they will try to damage your credit score even when you give up your security deposit and had an agreement with Tyson K. to leave peacefully. People in that position shouldn't be that cheap.
