I couldn’t move into one of the rooms they were managing, I made an agreement with the landlord and we canceled the contract, I asked the broker Devi for other options he might have to move in but he was very aggressive, 15 days later he texted me asking me to pay the broker fee, I though it was just a confusion or a simple mistake so I called him to asked about it, He said I should pay the fee immediately and if I didn’t pay he will damaged my credit, I didn’t want to put a bad review but I don’t find other way to let others know about his lack of professionalism and kindness after all.

When time came to sell our house we knew that we will ask Devi to help us, because he just sold our son's house in two weeks. But we had to sell in very difficult times of Pandemia of 2020. But Devi made our listing with the walk thru video so attractive that we almost change our mind to sell. With Devi marketing and negotiating skills and having open house every weekend we were able to sell our house and are very happy with the final price. To sum up, you just can't go wrong if you pick Devi as your realtor. He's tireless, honest, dedicated to the client, always available, and extremely knowledgeable. I couldn't be more satisfied.

I’m an absentee landlord with rentals in New York. I have known Devi for several years. He does a great job of streamlining everything and interviewing potential tenants for me, as well as advising me on pricing to get my property rented quickly and to quality tenants! On March 27,2024 at 5:40pm I went to view an apartment and because I was running behind the agent that was showing the apartment was very nasty towards me. I had to leave my children on the first floor while the apartment was on the 3rd floor. I was told I had to take my shoes off I had to do a quick walk through of the apartment. The agent kept rushing me. As we were walking down the stairs to leave I fell down the last step. In the building of the apartment, there was a grey garbage bin there. When I fell I tried to avoid hitting my head on the garbage bin. I fell forward into the door. The agent didn’t ask me if I was alright nor did he try to help me up. When I did get up and opened the door, he brushed right past me and walked to his car. I sent Mr Parker an email and he have yet to respond to my email regarding this incident. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I’ve been in pain ever since
