Little Rock Historic Properties owns some beautiful locations. I stayed in the lofts at SOMA, and greatly enjoyed the wide open spaces and large ceilings. While many upgrades have been made to make the units modern, there is still old infrastructure, which can bring on a host of problems. What I will say though, is that it never took more than a day to have a problem addressed. The landlord was very responsive and the community in the building was, overall, very quiet.

If you want a place to rent that has a lot of character, take a hard look at Little Rock Historic Properties! We lived for almost two years in a two bedroom, one bath apartment in a completely updated, 100+ year old mansion. Mark, Jill and their team are incredibly responsive, and are so kind in their attitude and behavior. I hate to call them "landlords", they are more like family to us! The only good thing in leaving is that we'll still be in the neighborhood...we bought a home just around the corner. We look forward to seeing the team around the fantastic downtown Little Rock scene!
