I went from a TurboTax guy to needing professional help. I think this firm is not suitable for vast majority of folks! Possibly a good fit if you own a business.
My taxes never were filed on time. Always extensions were filed.
Although I have an LLC, my taxes were not complicated. Yet the fees were absolutely absurd!
I would have given them 5 stars if they had honestly told me that I am not one of their typical clients.. and that I would never be given any priority.. honesty goes a long ways.
Andy V helped me enormously in helping me understand how to understand and take advantage of owning investment property. Hence the 2nd stars.

To sum it up:
-Their method of “secure” communications and app is horrid. Not easy to work with
-Your taxes will not be filed on time unless you are a big client (and that is probably iffy!)
-Absurdly expensive (my 2022 cost $3600! I switched firms and they charge $800 for
The same service. They did charge me $1400 for 2023 as there was a bunch of work involved to transition out of Likenheimer, but still
Less than half and moving forward about 1/4!!)
-If you like working with a corporate structure and an un-personal firm, they are it
-Sure it was during Covid… but in 3 years I never met one person from that firm! #sad. Maybe I’m too old fashioned, but a hand shake goes a long ways with me!
-The person who referred me to them was new with them at that time. That person and his company are also moving on! Along with his business to a different firm
