It doesn’t matter how you report the problem or issues you have all they going to tell you if security come to your door and don’t hear it there’s nothing they can do! We’ve been dealing with this since May! Was told by the manager the downstairs neighbors had only to more notices to get yeah right! I’m sitting in my living room listening to it now! Just got off the phone with corporate and it was a waste of time they said the same thing if security doesn’t hear it they can’t help and to just keep reporting it. I even asked if the manager, maintenance or even the security guard could come to my apartment to hear and witness the noise cause it’s a day and night thing, I even recorded the noise but they not willing to hear it neither is corporate,all they want is your money! You will have no peace and quiet! I had no problems before they moved in, then Labor Day I had to call and the agent heard everything because I had my phone on speaker,she couldn’t believe I’m upstairs and the noise was coming from downstairs! Never saw beer cans in the bushes till they moved in! $845 is to much to pay and you can’t sleep or have any peace! Not to mention the mold issues either! I can’t wait till I find another place. When I say this is an overpriced ghetto housing project, please believe me!

For starters, the fact that there isn't a direct phone number to call to speak to someone is ridiculous. However, I reached out regarding a multitude of issues at FLA in Benton through the portal on their page. After a few days, I was contacted back via email. And honestly, they could've just not even responded and it would have been better than what I received. They didn't have anything to say for the threats this woman running the place has given us. And they shrugged off everything else that has been going on since she took control down here. Saying things like "this was an issue she informed us was already taken care of this spring". Uh, no. Why else do you think I would've wasted my breath sending you this info!! UGH. The fact that those of us like myself struggling to make it in this world are stuck having to live under management companies such as this is the saddest thing ever. Lindsey Management, TAKE BETTER CARE OF US! We deserve to be happy and safe where we lay our heads at night.

DO NOT put a deposit down, unless you are 100% sure you want to live there... I was never assigned an apartment nor did I sign a lease. I decided moving to the greens at hurricane lake was not the best option for me and asked for my deposit back. They refused, very rudely. So I called corprate and told me that since I didn't sign a lease that it was an application deposit... Which I already paid of 50.00... Horrible experience I know now why they have so many lawsuits on them!!! And the lady Karen will feed you a munch of lies!!!

Just wanna take a moment to give a shoutout to Lindsey Management Properties for making our experience here for the past two years SO wonderful. Not only did they allow us to move into an apartment that wasn't properly cleaned or maintained (the moldy cheese slice we found under our oven and gummy candy patches plastered into our carpet were interesting albeit original move-in gifts) but we also received the surprise (in February of 2015) of some new tenants inside our very own home: Brown Recluse spiders!!! Let me tell you what a JOY it has been, living in fear and constant anxiety for the the past nearly 2 years. It's actually become an integral part of my routine to semi-psychotically search every room of the house with my flashlight at night. Let's call it Spidey hide-and-seek. Loser gets bitten by a venomous spider
Even though we l❤️ve these little guys SO much we decided that maybe they were overstaying their welcome. After all, they started inviting all their buddies over without asking! I mean, one or two of them was fine but 4 or more a night? Not cool bro, not cool. So, we did what any slightly annoyed family would do and asked that they be uh...relocated (?) to another area. Our request was denied.
Sticky traps they said. That will do the trick! Take some, all of them! I'm sure the Brown Recluses will jump in willingly.
Fast Forward many moons and several sleepless nights and the little guys just keep coming! At this point, we got a little desperate. I mean, don't get me wrong, it's every mother's dream to see a venomous spider crawling on the ceiling above her baby girl's head in the dead of night. Must have been a drunk spider because he was really stumbling and almost fell right on her head!
So we reached out to our friends, Lindsey Management, yet again were told that nothing could be done. "We can't be held liable" they said. "We cannot take responsibility", they giggled maniacally (ok, maybe there was no giggling...but you get the point). Fancy another sticky trap?

Us: Countless emails. Attempts to meet in person. Willingness to mediate. Calm. Cool. Collected. Until now.

Them: Snide remarks. Robotic lease quoting. Refusal to meet in person. Calm. Cold. Collected.

To say we have had enough, is a gross understatement. Not only has the health and wellbeing of our family been compromised, our mental health has suffered a blow as well. Imagine not feeling safe in your own home. Imagine seeing a poisonous spider crawl across your hand as you unpack a box. Every tingle, every breeze, every move...your skin constantly crawling.
Then imagine being told that there is nothing that can be done. Basically being told that you are not important.
We have been denied every request to terminate our lease. Denied every opportunity to simply move out of this apartment without reprimand.
So all I can do is warn you now. I feel it is my duty. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT rent from Lindsey Management apartments.
They do not care about your health. They do not care about your well-being. They do not care about your baby. They do not care about YOU. And please SHARE this for everyone you know, so they do not make the same mistake we did.

And thank you Lindsey Management. For a TRULY unforgettable experience.

Waiting for my lease to be over with. I've never been soo happy to move. Haven't been happy since I've moved here. Wouldn't recommend a 1 yr lease, definitely not a 6 month either!

The maintenance guys are great. They are quick and super polite... but the staff in the office can get an attitude and be really rude, sometimes not all the time.

Horrible company. They never took can of their complex that my family and I stayed in. Horrible costumer service and extremely rude, unprofessional, and very disrespectful management. Westwood is now under new management. I hope these people are much better.
