We had the pleasure of working with Lindsay Buchanan and she is phenomenal! It was a multi year process (between market changes and we are also picky!). We have been looking for a mountain home for our family and since we are not local, Lindsay was able to help us screen out homes prior to us arriving. We would send her listings that we were interested in, and she would tour the homes that week, sending videos and feedback. This helped us narrow down the physical tours when were were in town. It was an efficient process!

Lindsay is very knowledgable, patient, and honest with all her opinions about the homes. Let's just say she really figured out what my hubby and I were looking for and that's a bonus! The negotiation process took a few attempts, but Lindsay was very creative and accommodating to ensure we were comfortable the entire way - no pressure, which we truly appreciate. She always had our best interests in mind.

Our family is very happy to finally get our mountain home, thank you Lindsay! Once our offer was accepted, I have to say - Lindsay and her team made the process so smooth, it was well organized with the title company, inspections, check ins, etc!

Lindsay helped us buy our home in Tahoe and made it such an easy experience!
