Lily was amazing! I live in San Francisco and needed to sell a house in Jamul. I met with Lily once and we discussed what needed to be done to sell the home. Where do I start? Lily Pigg was my buying agent when I purchased my home years ago. I told her I didn't have much time to move so I didn't want to be wasting my time looking at a bunch of properties. I told her exactly what I need it and what my budget was. She said "I have two properties which meet your criteria perfectly". We went to see the first one and I felt in love, I told Lily "lets make an offer". Lily told me "lets see the second one just so you don't wonder later if you should have seen it". The second home was absolutely perfect for me so I placed an offer right away. I was moved in within a couple of weeks. When I was ready to sell, I called her back. She listed my home and her agent Musab Jabar (who is an absolute delight of a man), secured a full price cash offer for my home. Musab and Lily worked together to make the sale of my home a smooth transaction while making sure the buyer received the best service possible as well. Lily and Musab took care of arranging for fumigation, Lily helped me sign all documents from beginning to end at my own home(talk about full service). They are relentless and always go the extra mile for their clients. Absolutely wonderful Realtors!! I had the pleasure working with Alma Vargas and Lily. We had a couple of hiccups with our financing but they made sure to be there to help in any way and due to that diligence we were able to purchase our home. I see a lot of reviews on them from the sellers point of view but I have to say as a buyer we are so grateful that they were the ones selling the home that we loved.
