This review is for Aleeia - TOTAL TIME WASTER - For 146 Lakeview ave , Piscataway , NJ ,08854.
She was acting as a buyers agent in this tranaction.

She left the sellers in state of Limbo for one month and sellers had to re-list the property back in the market.She was sitting in the back seat during the whole tranaction and never took any lead to resolve things , delayed inspection were scheduled and she never had any straight answers for sellers questions for delayed inspections.
Appraisal was never ordered for the mentioned property.

Please avoid this sloppy agent for your real estate transactions.

The realtor we had from here chose to use unethical practices in being the one person we were suppose to trust to sell our moms home (whom had just recently passed away prior to us now having to sell her home.
Would NOT recommend this realty company.
And if this post is removed, I will know that they are removing negative feedback, which in turn would cause others to possibly be impacted from not seeing both negative & positive feedback !
