The only positive I can say is they were nice our first initial meeting. But sorry to say the service was not up to our standards. We were very disappointed. As first time home buyers you want an agent you feel comfortable with that has your best interest at heart. We did not feel that with them. First off we were appointed 3 agents as a team which got very confusing for us. We didn't know who was in charge and who we should be dealing with to find out accurate information. We would've like to deal with just one person. We felt there was shadiness going on with our very first offer due to them not explaining the entire process and what fees we would have to come out of pocket for. Again we ARE FIRST timers over here, so that information would've been helpful to us in the beginning beforehand. We felt we looked bad on an offer we submitted due to that negligence. Also we were barely given any listings. My partner and I had to do research on our end to find other homes just to look at.
