We’ve been a part of many new build homes for many clients, plus we’ve also bought a brand new home for ourselves and I can say NEVER has the experience ever come close to what Lifestyle Homes promises and delivers!
From everyone being there at the office to greet the buyers, to graceful, elegant production of the home, to the hands-on approach that our buyers loved, right to the final walkthrough and the closing which was flawless! I want to thank Sean Lyon and his team for helping us out with our water heater issue. Called him over and he had it up and running the same day. Lifestyle homes is by far the best builder in Nevada!!!!! I do work for a lot of builders in the area and none of them have the care for their buyer like lifestyle! If there is ever an issue they are on top of it! Amazing! I just had a water leaking be crack and leak to the point that there was 3 inches of water under my house! I called Peter Lissner and he had 2 guys at my house within 20 minutes! And that was on a Saturday morning! The guys fixed the leaks and had a pump to get the water out of my crawl space! I tried to tip the and they said “ no thank you that’s what we are here for” absolutely amazing! Thank you so much to the Lissner family and the crew at Lifestyle homes! 5 stars! Top notch!!!

They are the home builder in the beautiful rural community of Woodland Village! Located next to BLM land with direct access to it. Just pull your OHV out of the garage and drive it directly to the BLM land. The homes are great with excellent attention to detail! Quite a few of the Lifestyle Homes employees are homeowners in Woodland Village. My wife and I retired in 2017 and came from Seattle. We looked all over the SW and settled here with no regrets!.

Lifestyle Homes, without a doubt is a top notch home builder that exceeds all expectations. The entire office is extremely personable, available to answer any questions and are genuinely excited about the work they do. Peter, the builder, is involved in each and every part of the process from start to finish. He approaches each home with such passion and works with each potential buyer to make sure that they are getting their dream home. Peter’s team is extremely knowledgeable. Buying a home is never an easy process, but lifestyle made sure to do everything in their power to make this, not only super smooth, but even fun! There was never any guessing about anything, they are thorough and what they say is what they do. We purchased a home and during the process ended up having a baby early, they went above and beyond to ensure they were doing everything possible to make the process as painless as possible. They supported us through the entire process, all while building a beautiful quality home. A lot of builders these days will create a one size fits all approach, it goes up fast and errors are made. Peter made sure to accommodate any special requests we had and genuinely wanted us to be happy. They even have their own lender, Kim, who will help make the lending process feel manageable and simple. I can say with 100% confidence that anybody who is looking to purchase a new home is in excellent hands with Peter and Lifestyle Homes. The difference is in the community. The builders and employees all live in the community which speaks for itself. You will not find a better quality home.
