This management company "Jamie" just send me a 10day notice due to yard maintenance. If you think of renting from them, Don't!!
I requested two months ago for her to send me an estimate for the work of there landscaping company, yet just today same date as the notice I barely received that information poor work ethic. This company is insane to do this to a client, it was there error in the 1st place not communicating that information in a timely matter two months really. I've done the yard work all on my own there has been no negligence on my part. This is how the property looked before I moved in see all that grass, it looks better now.

I have been renting from them for a year, just renewed my lease for another year. We have not ran into any issues at all. Very professional and caring team to help you find a home. The property is also well taken care of. It's is very clear they care about their Tennants and their property.

Honestly the best landlords I have ever had in my entire life. I lost my job due to the covid pandemic, and they went above and beyond to help me out.

Every time something has been broken, help arrives within the next day. Any time I have any questions about anything, I get an immediate response. Anytime I need ANYTHING, they've got my back! They seem legitimately more worried about making sure people have a place to live. It's so nice to have a company that understands that this is my life. I've had landlords try to juice me out of every last penny I had, with no concern for the reasons I was unable to pay them in the first place. This is the first time in my life where I asked a landlord for help with my rent... And was met with a reassuring "Yes, we will help you." I've gotta say, it was one of the best feelings in my life, after having so many downright terrible landlords in the past.

Ideally I'm going to rent through these guys until I'm capable of buying a house a few years down the road. Yes, they're that good. This is not a paid review. Nobody told me to write this. I'm just so dang happy that I have a landlord that cares about me for once that I wanted to put out a nice long shining review for them! Check with these guys first if you're looking for a nice and reasonably priced rental 🙂

If you're thinking about renting from this company don't! The manager, Dick Rosen is rude and insensitive.
We moved into his house in Otsego 3 years ago we had to clean the entire house completely and throw away 3 truck loads of trash before even moving in. We have done nothing but take excellent care of his home and treated it like our own. my husband has fixed numerous amounts of things without his knowledge rather than putting in a maintenance request. Also beware that he reports to a renter's Bureau monthly and has completely ruined our credit. We have eight delinquent marks from him when we have never been late past the 15th and have always paid all fees associated with late payments. My father passed away in January we asked for an additional time, he replied sorry about your father eviction notices go out on the 12th!!! Since then he has a irrigation maintenance repair bill of $109. ( not by fault of us) instead of applying our March rent to the rent he applied it to the maintenance bill and is now charging us $25 late fee plus $5 per day!!! We have put in our notice to vacate , but they continue to give out bad references.
We are completely disappointed and extremely upset with this company if there was a 0 star rating that's what we would choose! So please beware!

I rented from them for one year. My experience was okay. I do think that their communication skills could use some work. If you call them for an immediate issue just expect to get an answer through email a day or two later. Maintenance issues can take a while to get resolved. A few weeks before I moved out I got a 10 day notice for some soda cans that were in a pile by my back door without any prior warning. Yes that was my fault but I would have appreciated a warning. I believe they send those notices very frequently instead of communicating directly with the tenant. The tenant Portal is convenient to request maintenance and to pay rent. The management team seems to just be busy and maybe they would benefit from hiring another member.

You have to be a special kind of person to send an eviction notice during an epidemic not for non-payment but regarding yard work!! even thought I have clearly proofed you via email, I have complied with my responsibility per are contract to continue with yard maintenance. This is just sad and truthfully unprofessional not to have a clear communication with your tenets. Shame on you. I called the City of Tempe there was never any citations the Judge called out your BS at court, please don't use the City of Tempe for your poor work ethic.
