LGI has a very nice looking homes in this location, unfortunately we only saw the outside of them. Really bad experience, technically they had to check my credit score to see if I was able to afford a home there to be able to see one from inside. The lady that help us, that didn't help us every time I ask or answer laughing sarcastically, we couldn't see how they looked inside they have no models we were told if wanted to see one to imagine the one they use as office that was the same... we still looking but never Going back here.

Well, I'm giving LGI 2 stars, but that's being pretty generous. We have been in our home in the Morningstar community for a little over 2 years. A few months after our 1 year inspection, these large cracks began showing on the inside and outside of our home. One so bad that our sliding glass door won't shut completely. Contacted LGI and the warranty company to which I was told they would be doing nothing. Apparently, they are ok with subpar work!
