They didn't take out trash for more than 5 months and didn't cut grass for a year and half. They showed a complete lack of responsibility every time I called them. They can't manage anything, they are just scammers. Id recommend to run, not walk away. Their attitude was unprofessional whenever I called. They don't try to fix anything just point fingers and give excuses.

Edit: This is exactly what I mean. As the management company it IS your responsibility. You failed to manage the vendors, you did not bid or constantly do anything, that is a lie. More excuses and blame shifting. Own up to your mistakes and do better. This company is a complete scam, don't be fooled by all the fake 5-star reviews.

Extremely unprofessional, they literally failed to manage every account we had. Past due fees, town orders, tickets, the list goes on and on. Ana, Ally, and Francis are the worst. Their motto is the customer is always wrong. Every single time they mess up they put the fault on the client. Just look at how they respond to their reviews. Nasty and Disgusting should be their company motto. You know where I live Ana, no need to ask.

Save your self headack there is to many good management arround, this lasy one are good at taking your money at the first month , if you need prove of insurance for mortgage they wont give it to you ,ana martel is the nasieste rudiest persone you wont to talk to or deal with , everytime i call her she is shewing on food with bad attitude , i dont blame her i blame the morron who control my building ,we have elevator not working for 3 years ,good luck if you hire this losers
