RYAN was a super star, made the experience wonderful by his personality. When it comes to the paper work tho, it's definitely a process. SO I recommend bringing a snack or something to eat. Other then that, ryan made us feel welcome and wasn't rushing us or ever pushy. He did his job to the nines and very pleasant. We drove 4 yrs away and with that said I wouldn't mind driving again to purchase another vehicle in the future from these guys.

To be perfectly honest, it was crazy busy in there and we had to wait around 20 minutes for a sales associate to acknowledge my family and me. But once Rocky came over and shook our hands, it made up for the wait! We told him the vehicle we were interested in and he took us straight to it and gave us a detailed summary of the features and then got the key for a test drive. After the test drive, we were able to make a deal quickly and the whole process was quick. We also appreciate how detailed and quick AJ was and we went home in our new car! Drove 7 hours roundtrip to get a good deal on a vehicle. Had found several ads various lots, private sellers, small lots etc.... Nobody matched the no pressure, honest, communication no haggling approach that Austin and the Roseville, Ca Lexus Dealership and Service Department offered. We set up a approx arrival time for next day and was wished safe driving and checked on at least twice in 18 hours by Austin so yes I felt important as i was advocating on my Aunts behalf and what she wanted car wise, price wise, feature wise was exactly what Austin and I discussed prior to driving all that way. Says allot as most places will promise you Prime Rib to get you there just to serve Hamburger. So I will stop here nothing but good things to say and Austin, Detail dept, Finance Mgr and others are Top Shelf dont settle for a car everybody sells those settle for the best Roseville Lexus and Austin will not fail! 💯
